x32 or x64 ?

I'm considering getting a Windows VPS, but I need to find out if I the servers are 32 bit or 64 bit. Can I choose?

I haven't purchased a VPS yet but I'm a little concerned about the quality of support here. I emailed customer service support with the same question early this morning and I haven't yet received an answer to a relatively straightforward question.

Yes we have windows vz servers with both architectures and you can choose from them as per your requirement.

No this option is not available in sign up process, but you can request your preference after the order.

There is a "special instructions" box on the order form at step 3. You can add a note there and during order processing the staff will see your note.

Support and sales are two different departments. I'm not sure why you did not receive a response from sales. Sales is normally responsive to request for information.
