Slow-not responding

Why is my VPS running so slow??? I can't even access plesk anymore. My ticket seems to be ignored. Very disappointing. I chose JPC because I heard great ******s. I can't run my site on the VPS if it's constantly running like this.

It's been an entire day now, and nothing has changed. Is anyone working on this? How come I'm not getting any updates through the ticket system?

HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!! VPS is not responding again...what's going on??? I can't run a site on a VPS like this. If this is not resolved once and for all, I will cancel my account. I need this fixed today.
