vps 5 days

i had my vps 5 days and its been down more than its been up for 5 days and now im told i need extra ram fitted at another $5 per month after 5 days with hardly anything on it can anyone compare your vps to mine i cant believe this.im waiting for a reply from jag i just said i would go back on a reseller i had no problems with that and i had more on it than what i do here.below is my current disk usage.so why sell something to people which is no good and needs updating in 5 days

13023242 there is my ticket number really i am sick at the moment ive never had this problem in 3 years of being with jag ive only a few sites on the vps i used to have over 50 on at one time and had no problem i got around 10 now and they are very small
