Hi, my partner and I ordered hosting over nine days ago. Why has it not been setup yet? We have contacted sales each day and all they have responded with were generic things such as "Your account should be setup within the next few hours", etc. What in the world is going on? Why are we having to wait so long?
So far this experience has been terrible. We have been patient for over 9 days now but to no avail the hosting has still not been setup. I have already reported JaguarPC to the BBB, and I'm afraid after today we are going to cancel our hosting. This is just inconvenient for us and for you all it's a terrible business practice.
