Moved to new JaguarPC VPS... Slow

    Hi,

I have moved from a JaguarPC VPS server a couple of years old to a brand new VPS server you have announced in your 11th year specials going on right now.

I made the move on the weekend and have since noticed accessing my site has slowed down to a crawl on most occasions. I am constantly accessing my site most of the day to write news articles but many times I am just frustrated with the speed. At worst it can take several minutes to load a page. It was never like this on the old server.

Is there some kind of reason for such a big difference in speed? Am I just imaginating this? It's never been an issue previously (except when there's huge traffic waves from popular sites).

    cheers,
    Peter

The problem is solved now.. I have no idea what the cause was or what was done to fix it... but they fixed it and I'm a happy camper now.

    Apache variables needed some tweaking.
