    Customer Service already off for holiday? Say it isn't so!

    Put in a ticket last night (after hours) for a WHMCS license request, was forwarded to Customer Service. Asked for update and elevated priority this morning, and no reply back yet. I'd really appreciate getting the license taken care of before the holiday, as I'd like to work on things over the weekend. Can someone take a look or let me know if CS had an early day off?

    I also have 2 tickets opened with Customer Service and no answer yet. There are urgent! ID are 13039104 and 13039298
