Hi Greg,
A VPS has to be set up by sales. Sales is not 24/7.
I've never received a email form sales for a VPS, but based on post I've seen in the forum they could do some tweaking to the welcome letter.
I assure you getting set up will probably be the worst experience you will have at JaguarPC.
I think you will agree that the wait is worth while.

how long does it takes to set up a VPS?
i ordered one 24hs ago and still waiting..
Wiredhosting, sales sets up new VPSes and it is not working at its full capacity on the weekends which may cause some delay on processing of orders during weekends. After verification of your billing information and payment, setups normally take less than 24 hours to complete.

Yes, I see your billing cleared but I believe the automatic setup did not work somehow and may need manual setup. I am not in sales and may not be able to provide you more detail than that unfortunately. Sales should be able to check this on Monday and respond to you as well with greater detail. We apologize for the delay caused in the meanwhile.
I try to order a new vps (windows business plan ) but when i enter the coupon it get me that it is invalid
Hi Amro153. Please open a new ticket with Customer Service department with coupon details as they deal in new plans. They will be here after couple of hours as they are available from 7am to 8pm CST. Once here they will better assist you.
i am still waiting my VPS.. 5 days of delay is not acceptable
6 days and counting... no response from CS and no one is activating my VPS...
Yes, we're *still* waiting on hardware and deeply apologize. This is has never happened to us before and is just as frustrating for us.

I have an order for a VPS (Order: 28041) and have been waiting over 24hrs since paying (longer since ordering on Friday) if it's not ready in 48hrs then I need to consider my options as I have to move off my current hosting this week and need to keep my sites live.
Surely if you are waiting for hardware then you should put a note up about this and not advise a waiting time of 24 to 48 hours, if I'd known about such a delay beforehand than I could have arranged other hosting, now it looks as if I'm going to have to do that at the last minute and will have to ask for a refund. Advising customers of the wait beforehand would save them a lot of wasted time and keep your good name intact.
Is there any delay on shared hosting set-ups as I could use that for now and wait until the VPS hardware situation is resolved and then order again.
