    This Beggars Belief!!!!

    I know we all have issues from time to time etc, and there is currently a delay for setups etc.

    My problem is not the fact that I have waited until the very last minute, and given JPC every opportunity to fulfill the order, my problem is the fact that circumstances were explained and a refund was offered to me, yet JPC wait until i renew current host and lodge a paypal dispute then by a miracle of nature, I recieve vps login details.


    Not the way to do business guys, as I explained in my ticket, I have waited too long, is there some cowboy sitting in Customer Service, or are you guys just having a bad time.

    Either way is irrelevent to me now, after singing the praises of JPC too!

    Just make the refund as Promised guys, instead of trying to wing it as you go.

    Hey Vin DSL,

    How much do you pay for your hosting through JPC? Do you have to make a certain amount of posts per month in order to keep your free account?

    Why do you call people crybabies if they attempt to get better than subpar service from JPC? Do you not realize that some customers have been waiting more than 20 days to get a VPS activated?

    Are there any other companies or products that you support as fanatically as Jaguar? Do you have 100k posts on the Coke or Pepsi forums?

    Every time I see your name I laugh, because I think Vin DSL stands for Vin D*** Sucking Lips.

    I wouldn't doubt it if you're actually persuading people to not post about possible issues, because they might be afraid or worried about your completely blind (or paid) perception of JPC. Get a life, seriously.

    Hi,

    I should point out that you got the login details for your VPS had nothing to do with the charge back. Our customer service department handles setups which is only open Monday to Friday.

    The cause of the delay with your VPS was because our hardware supplier is having trouble keeping up with the demand for new boxes as we have been filling them up before we even get the hardware.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    If I'm not active on the forum please open a ticket instead of PMing me. If you think the issue requires access to your server please open a ticket.
