vps issues

i ordered an vps on saturday ..
even now its not ready.

i talked on chat with resellerzoom tech cuz i have hybryd server and reseller at there and i was told that it will be ready?

what is happening?

and, i want to become vps reseller.
on resellerzoom i had 15% reduce of price and 10% hdd extra on each vps form Mr Greg.. can i have it in here too?

We have filled all the orders that we could, we are once again out of space for vps setups, we hope to have more hardware in house by the end of this week.

my vps was setup than you.

now i want to upgrade a hybryd from resellerzoom in here for dedicated..
Mr Greg offered me some discount..

1 now im waiting info about ordering cuz i cant find it on order page and also include discount..

2 and have 4 tickets in pending for 1-2 days not updated
