I was curious if JPC support would cover upgrading subversion on our VPS box?

Hi,

I do not believe we provide support for subversion. We can install it and upgrade the package for you but you would need to make sure that you've followed all the proper steps to ensure that your data is upgraded along with it.

I'd recommend you take a backup of your repositories and schedule a maintenance window with your users.
