    Hybrid 101 shuts down each day around 10.30pm

    can anyone help?
    Around 10.30pm European time my Hybrid 101 shuts down in a way that I cannot access any sites and not even by WHM manager and Parallels Cpanel.

    The only reason I see the problem is probably around this time the server might be either Memory Usage to the full or the CPU usage to the maximum. The Container shuts down and restarts on its own automatically as it should do.

    perhaps the good techs at Jag might have a solution!!!!!!

    raygauci,

    If you are facing problem on same time daily, then it could be some cron/scheduled activity either on your Hybrid or one of other Hybrid VPS on the node. Please open a support ticket with details and we will check into this. Please ask the ticket to be escalated to level2 support.

    Its happening again I cannot go into my VPS server as it takes ages for the page to load.........I was told that there was going to me some sort of monitoring, please I need to sort this problem as it is happening every single day around this time 10.30pm european time

    please advise!!!!!!

    Hi ryagauci,

    It looks like we have determined which customer on the hybrid server is causing the issue and he has agreed to move to a dedicated server as soon as possible.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    If I'm not active on the forum please open a ticket instead of PMing me. If you think the issue requires access to your server please open a ticket.

    First this forum is not intended as a means of communication with support.

    Support and sales personnel do a good job of monitoring the forum. They can not normally help you if you do not supply a ticket number in regard to your issue.

    Hi Connie

    I did initially open a ticket (13047004) but support decided to put it on hold yesterday to monitor the server.

    all I was asking was if there was a cron on my server that is overloading or using all my server memory around the 10.30 - 11.00pm time frame!

    I am not that familiar with VPS so I am learning as I go along
