How long does it normally take to get a server up?? It has been 10 days and I am very frustrated with this slow service. What have other people seen in regards to delay? I need this resolved ASAP.

Hi bigcat,
I've emailed the person responsible for ordering so they should get back to you with some details.I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).
If I'm not active on the forum please open a ticket instead of PMing me. If you think the issue requires access to your server please open a ticket.

No this isn't normal for a dedicated server setup. Normal setups are 5-7 days. I've been notified of your ticket and will reply there.
