    Unable to remove Old SSL

Customer purchased a Comodo SSL and had us install it. The problem is the OLD one still is displayed in Cpanel. Even though the new one is working he does not want this. I tried removing it from SSL Key/CRT Manager but I get an error.

    The Error:

File is still referenced in Apache: www.thedomain.com.crt

How can I remove this SSL?

atechstl, you need to remove SSL from "WHM >> SSL/TLS >> Manage SSL Hosts" to remove it completely. After that you can re-install the new SSL again. If you continue to face this problem, please open a ticket in support so that we can check this in detail.

I did remove the host completely and then installed it. The old cert is still showing in Cpanel and the customer is upset about that. The new cert appears to be working correctly though.

Thank you Support. They removed it somehow. I wish they told me what they did. The old RSA key is still displayed, hopefully the customer is ok with that.
