customer service - no response on weekends?

Hello,

I have a dedicated server and a VPS. I opened up 3 separate issues in 3 separate tickets over a day ago. None of them have been assigned or taken care of. My business depends on these issues being fixed and I would really appreciate someone taking care of these ASAP. Usually customer service in handling tickets at JaguarPC is excellent, but whats happening this weekend guys?

The support is available 24/7/365. All the tickets you have referenced are either in the sales or the management departments which are usually not available on weekends. For future you are requested to please open a ticket in the support department for any technical issues.
