really bad month with sauron...and it's happening again.

Someone up there please take a look at Sauron. This server has been up and down all past month.

Support says there is a random issue with IP routing on this node and unless they restart the vps service on hardware node the IPs do not start to ping.

This was reported on Feb 20!!! Ticket number "30091219"

We apologize for the problem you are facing, we are still investigating this issue and have checked and excluded many from the possible reasons list already and checking further.
