dedicated server hardware issue

our deducated server is down all day today and still down. this is not the first time, you can guss the number of server down this month. Some of our clients are moving away from us due to bad service. Thanks to JaquarPc.
we were reffered by friends who were happy at first but they are no longer so. I'm plaming them now, and myself too.

here is what Jaquarepc is saying about my tickets:

"Our Data center techs tried power cycling this server however it just keeps rebooting itself before it even begins to load the OS. They are not checking it further."

We are very unahppy and damage is done. we could face some claims from our customers.

Server is down again. the past 24 hours we were up less than 2 hours. we have clinets on our dedicated server. Jaquarpc is givin us nightmare.

what compenstaion Jaquar pc is giving us for damage and lost business?? We will pay our clients for lost time and business and refund what ever they paid us?? Great service and success from Jaquar pc

Elshaab, we regret the inconvenience. Your server was being monitored while it went down and I believe you were updated about this in the ticket. A hardware issue has been identified and is being worked upon as I write this. You will be updated in this ticket. We will keep monitoring your issue until your server is stable and the current instability has been resolved beyond doubt.

our dedicated server been down for the past 24 hours. it goes up for few minutes and down again. this nighmare service from jaquarpc is damaging our business. I'm sure the staff are dong their best but the I beleive the equipments and facilities are helping any one to do good job.

My associate who had recomended this company have left them already.

Right now I have 2 customers right in my office asking for explanation and for compensation or else they will file a case against Egypt internet. 30 hours of down time on dedicated server is more than horrible!

Please advice?????????????????
