Skywalker down 4 hours - not getting attention

    is anyone awake?

Skywalker is down now for 4 hours. It has been restarted several times by it never comes up.

My first ticket #13080034 didn't get a response for 3 hours - I had to open a second ticket #13080096 to get help.

This server failed (brown out) last night at 7:30 PM CST - the same time as it failed tonight.

Why is the response so slow on a down server. Why is the technical response (another restart) not validated to see that it works?

Can we get this box back up?

Can we investigate what is happening at 7:30 PM CST that is over loading the RAM?

Two nights in a row the system has gone down at 7:30 PM CST. There is something scheduled in the server that is taking it down - can you try to locate it?

Also, can you help me understand why several reboots would not bring the server up - it was down for 5 hours. Customer service wouldn't even look at the ticket for 3 hours - certainly the automated alarms were showing this server to be failing.

    Whats going on? Cliues?

Skip, we regret the delay in response. Our techs are checking the server regarding this and I do see a ticket in the queue which I believe was opened by you. You will be updated in the ticket in due time with details.
