    Lack of support

    All our hosted accounts (some 200) have been down for some 30 hours so far due to a crash in one of your nodes and I have not even had one of you guys to chat with me as requested.

    I even opened a ticket asking for an urgent escalation but no answer yet. I have been working with you for more than 5 years and have 8 VPS's at JaguarPC and would really wait for something more from your side. Frankly speaking, looks like there is no staff at all to support your customers.

    Hope for an urgent answer to this post, together with AIM details for someone who I can chat with relating this issue.

    Any news on the creation of new VPS's? It should not take long and I am waiting for them to recreate some of the accounts hosted on the crashed VPS's.

    Also any news on recovery of these VPS's? For most of them our customers have no backup.
