Incredible down time on 3 VPS servers - what gives?

I am so frustrated I could scream... I have spend hours and hours working with you all to try to keep my website up for 24/7 - we have catastrophic failures everyday.

Here is the story in short. Same website, same trafiic for 2 years, worked fine on modest VPS package.

Then suddenly - mostly at very low traffic times - blackouts. No website, not WHM, not Virtuosso... gone.

No one even responds to these for an hour or two or more.

Mind you we have made no changes. And the problems appeared out of no where.

We have moved to 2 different nodes. We have trippled our RAM, Burtstable, and disk space - we shouldn't need it but we just didn't want any hassles or downtime.

We still have catastrophic down time.

I can't write anymore service requests explianing and reexplaining and getting the same silly answer - "well its OK now". You have the logs, you can see exactly when it went down and why.

Please help us... we're looking a other hosts... but frankly don't want to go through the hassle of a change.

    Please - someone.

Jags downtime reasons vs. Data center claims.

I just moved 3 sites I have been working on in a test environment to my live VPS last night. I log in this morning and the all-to-normal familiar these days occured... my email timed out while trying to connect to my account on the VPS. I knew then I was in for several apology calls to my clients as well as some interesting reasons given by Jag. They claim this latest outage for some servers is due to a "Power issue". I'd like to compare that with their data center claims here:
    http://www.jaguarpc.com/about/network.php

    At the bottom it states:
    •No single points of failure
    •Cisco™ Powered Network and Firewall
•Dual underground feeds into dual transformers
    •Generators, 24hr capacity, refueling contracts
    •Instantly available, continuous power
•24/7 Network Operation Control Center (NOCC)
    •24/7/365 Network Monitoring Systems
    •100% Uptime Guarantee
•Smart routing to ensure best packet delivery

I love the top bullet point and the 4th and 5th one as well. Great picture of the US map, Jag. Lots of pretty lines which doesn't seem to indicate a thing. Perhaps what they meant is they HAVE multiple points of failure... in serial and not just parallel. 100% uptime they guarantee. I guess they round up when figuring that.

    Power Issue at data center
There has been a power problem at one of our facilities, which affected multiple servers. The power is restored now and the servers are coming online at this time.
We will provide more updates as soon as we have more information. ~ 9:18 AM CST
We just came up. 11:25 AM CST.

Hopefully now you will tackle the server issue. We're desperate.

I commend you on 2 years of good service - by we are now 60 days of trouble and its affected our business.

    Skip,

I will look into your issues, and make sure whatever problems you are having, are resolved.

The power outage, should not have happened, not all servers were affected, only a couple of racks. We will find out why those racks went down.
