VPS down for 2 hours now... no reply from tech support

My server has been down now for 2 hours. I posted a ticket. I listed it as urgent and use very easy to understand subject line of "Server down" in hopes I"d get at least a courtesy followup. I've not gotten anything. I realize there are "power issues" at the data center (which is scary enough as it is), but even after claims servers are starting to come back on line over an hour ago form Jag...I'm still down.

Please at least give an update to the ticket. Sheesh
