We have been DOWN since 9ET on the 12th. We have over 700 emails sitting in our mail queue. After 2.5 hours you finally look at our Emergency ticket and tell us Exim is working.
Interesting... as if you look at our Mail Queue you would see 800 or so emails in queue waiting to be delivered and you would see in WHM that the EXIM service has FAILED.
As stated ... ONLY EMAILS TO LOCAL ACCOUNTS ARE DELIVERED.. ALL EMAILS OUTSIDE THE SERVER ARE IN QUEUE
So we tell you again the same information as above and we are now at 2et and STILL no reponse.
QUESTION: WHY MUST A PERSON GO BACK TO THE END OF THE QUEUE WHEN THEY RESPOND TO A TICKET. We can not afford to wait another 2.5 - 3 hours for the next RESPONSE!
