skywalker regular updates required

Can someone at least post regular updates regarding the skywalker server restore. Its been several house since the last one at 38%.
If there are any problems with this, we should be told.
At least if you post hourly updates, we can see progress being made.
At the moment, we are just sitting here wondering what to tell clients and this is not acceptable.

Its bad enough now that I've been told that you are restoring from the 11th March 2am backup which means 2 day's of data has been lost.

Please keep us informed better.

Sorry there was delay for some time in updating forum thread for skywalker. However we are now constantly updating the forum thread.

11th March backup was the latest available at our backup server, so we are restoring from this backup snapshot.

no update for 2.5 hrs now at 68%. Please update so we can see its still going and not stuck!
