    Spam Problem

All email sent from my domain is marked as spam by yahoo, google...etc. Hotmail is completely ignoring it and it doesn't even show up as spam. I have contacted support to help resolve this issue and the answer was to setup a spf record in my domain DNS. I did over 24 hours ago and still nothing. By the way, I'm not sending any bulk email. Just confirmation and subscription emails to my clients. I am losing clients by the hour, so please help resolve this. ticket 13106901

I don't believe I'm on a black list. I contacted hotmail and they replied:
"We have added your academicplagiarism.com domain to the Sender ID program. This may take up to 2 business days to be fully replicated in our systems. If you have any questions regarding this please let me know."

This was a day ago, but i tried sending an email to my hotmail account and it got lost in the ether! No bounce back message. Maybe I should give it some more time. I emailed my Yahoo and Gmail accounts and both flagged it as spam.

Nick looked at my DNS settings and made some adjustments yesterday. Let's see if it works.

SPF will work for MSN and Google most of the time. For Yahoo you may need to add domain keys too. I did, but that has been a couple of years ago. Domain keys can be added through CP.

I'm actually on a Windows VPS. Any idea where domain keys go in Plesk?

    Thanks.

Sorry but I don't. In CP it is under Email Authentication.

    Hi rachidny,

Domain keys are added in DNS zone file in form of TXT records. You can update your ticket if you need assistance on how to add them for your domain(s). Thank you.

rachidny it sounds like you have done this, but I thought I would add for anyone having problems with MS. MS has a specific web page that you can submit the addition of a SPF record to.

    https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?p...d&ct=eformt s

MS requires (or used to) that you register your SPF with them.

In my experience it will take several days for MSN and Yahoo to accept your email after you have done everything needed.
