    it's almost 11 pm now, and my vps is still down. Plesk is also down!!! Please do a restore.

    I have been holding on...you clearly don't give a damn. I have subscribing members who can't access the site...does that mean anything to you??????????

    Your incompetence is costing me money by the minute and you clearly don't care. I got the message.

    Please have Henry.Gopal look at my VPS. He's the one who fixed it the last time your servers went down. Other admins have been assigned but can't seem to know what to do and they don't escalate it. This is ridiculous.

    Yes; your ticket is being worked on by the parallels support and our second line system engineers.
