For the Last 3 Nights in a row, at exactly Midnight, on my VPS Interworx Control Panel, and all of the Email Services, go dark.

mySQL, Apache are fine (web sites still up)

I did not test SSH or FTP

I can not find anything that causes it, There is almost no traffic on the box right now (still move things around) but I do see some Memory alerts in the VPS Power Panel.

1> I though the Memory was burstable
2> What would be the most likly cause of this Spike
3> What can I do to try and stop this

If I need to upgrade the account I will, but since I have next to zero traffic and the VPS is already shutting off I am concerned about adding any accounts to it, even with an upgrade.

I submitted a ticket (13120899) but I figured I would ask here to see if anyone else has had this problem

This is a Standard JPC CentOS VPS with Interworx. the only thing I changed to the installations was added Zend Accelerator to the php config so I could run Client Exec.

Other than that nothing has been changed

Key note is the problem started after I started using Client Exec. Is there something in that software that would cause this?
