My vps (vps.jgidns.com) is going down everyday for 2-3 hours and this is totally unacceptable. Even now the vps is down. JPC doesnt even reply ...

    vps going down everyday

    My vps (vps.jgidns.com) is going down everyday for 2-3 hours and this is totally unacceptable. Even now the vps is down. JPC doesnt even reply to the support tickets properly. The moment the server goes live they say "Backup is complete and your server is now live" Why don't you solve this problem once and for all.

    Rizwan replied to me last evening stating this problem wont occur again as they have stopped the backups but even now the server is down?

    Why is the service so poor?

    Thanks for replying. I hope this issue is taken up seriously at your end and sorted once and for all.. I don't want the server to go down tomorrow again. Please understand the sites hosted here belong to educational institutions and they have their summer admissions going on where the exams results are announced online "cms.ac.in". Because of server going down EVERYDAY they are planning to shift to another vendor. WHICH OB. I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN.

    This is my last chance if it goes down again then please go ahead and cancel the server automatically at your end itself as you can be rest assured the client has not renewed it with me too.
