Hello,
I have what I believe an incomplete/broken OS installation at my newly purchased DS at JaguarPC. How much am I expected to wait for a response if a ticket is posted with the highest emergency level?
I understand the Support might be very busy with other extremely urgent requests, but the ticket has been posted an hour ago (and no reaction whatsoever followed), and the issue is of blocking kind (preventing me from using the item bought).
So far the response time for support tickets (even in low priority cases0 was 15 to 20 minutes. I can only assume all the support is very busy.
