    What is an average Support response time?

    Hello,

    I have what I believe an incomplete/broken OS installation at my newly purchased DS at JaguarPC. How much am I expected to wait for a response if a ticket is posted with the highest emergency level?

    I understand the Support might be very busy with other extremely urgent requests, but the ticket has been posted an hour ago (and no reaction whatsoever followed), and the issue is of blocking kind (preventing me from using the item bought).

    So far the response time for support tickets (even in low priority cases0 was 15 to 20 minutes. I can only assume all the support is very busy.

    Thanks for any comments.

    Thanks, I will - however several more hours have passed without any hint on the current situation.

    Hi,

    We have not found your ticket in queue and status of your ticket '13134262' is 'Open - Waiting For Client'. Please make sure that you have updated the ticket correctly.

    Also your vps is up and running fine, update ticket if you are still facing any problem.

    The delay with your ticket was because the server was offline. The ticket was on hold because even we cannot access a server when it is not running. You have been receiving somewhere along the lines of at least 3-4 responses per day if not more for the past week.

    Please be patient and let us work on your issue instead of trying to cause trouble for us.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    I think JaguarPC's Supporter is the best. Do you wanna try "Mochahost" - where the support team answer your ticket (Critical level) with only few words like below after 2 days?:

    Hello,

    This VPS is up and running.
    I know you're upset with the downtime of Supernova (I have one VPS at that node too) but you have to know that the technical team working very hard to bring the node back online.

    I had a host that took 2 weeks to respond to tickets. No kidding!

    I moved to JagPC after those idiots lost my credit card info, and locked my sites for non-payment.

    Actually, I used to think ALL hosts were like that. Every one I tried was the same, except for this place.

    I used: BlueHost, IXWebhosting, HostMonster, Hostgator, Liquidweb ... but here got the best Support service I ever used.

    i didn't say wait to Henry i told you Henry who setup my vps and he know well about all installed components .
    also i see henry the only technical who have very good skill to manage vps not like other who just go to the easy solution's (migration solution) for sure you understand what i mean
