Having a second admin/access to support?

    Hi there.

I've got a hybrid vps with a fairly large community that takes care of itself, but I was wondering, there are times when I'm not going to be around and in the event of an emergency that requires a tech or something from jag, can I nominate a person to act on my behalf submitting tickets and the like?

I have a co-admin I work with on my server/websites, and although I do most of the work server side she would like the comfort of knowing if something happens while I'm away, she can deal with any issues server side or contact you guys and get help.

hi and welcome! setup the monitoring in the client section with some preset actions if an alert comes up and we'll handle it for you.

You can also add this person as a secondary user in your billing or cient dashboard. You can then set and restrict access for this person, such as only allowing them to open tickets, but not veiw or change anything in your billing.
