    @juno.com rejects my emails.

    I can't email juno.com email addresses. They get rejected so I emailed support and they told me to contact Juno. I can't find any info on how to get this working. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    You'd need to open a ticket with support. Someone on your VPS has likely caused your IPs to develop a bad reputation.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    If I'm not active on the forum please open a ticket instead of PMing me. If you think the issue requires access to your server please open a ticket.

    I opened a support ticket a few months back and they said for me to contact Juno. I left it unresolved but I'd like to get it resolved. I can't find any contact info on Juno on who to contact. What else should I do?

    If your IPs reputation is good and they are not blocked on any lists and Juno is still blocking it, then yes they will need to be contacted for this, also you can try contacting them at their abuse email id 'abuse @ juno.com' in this case.
    If you are not sure how to check your IPs reputation then please update your ticket and asks the techs to escalate it to level2 techs and they can check IP reputation and can guide you accordingly.

    make sure you have rDNS setup for your mail server,

    Support will have to do it, and it is not done by default on VPS (atleast it was not on mine) (and it should be)

    Most ISP's block mail servers that do not have rDNS configure properly
