Backing up to Amazon S3

Is anyone backing up their CentOS VPS hosted domains to Amazon S3? I've found several scripts searching the web but they are poorly documented and written for a variety of different environments.

This appears to be the most promising:

The script above was written by someone running Plesk and I'm running WHM/cPanel.

I don't want to start playing with this and lock up my server or affect others on my box or node.

Any experts interested in helping to get this working here at jaguar PC?
