We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are aware of the issue and already taking measures to fix it. We have already performed a thorough hardware test yesterday as you may have seen the notice sent regarding hardware test. We are checking it further and will try to fix it for permanent as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
It just strikes me as odd that a hosting company is unable to resolve a server issue for a week. It's down again by the way.
We have performed the hardware test, reseated components , checked ram , p/s and no issue found. We have found some issue with the Network Card and we are currently checking it.

Rachid, we have replaced the network card and server is back up online. Details of this issue are available in the official forum thread here. Please update your support ticket if you continue to face any issues.
It's down more than 45 minutes. I seen no email about this downtime. Open a ticket complain about this but seems it has not been assigned. Does anyone let me know what happens with the node?
We apologize for the inconvenience, we have already posted a thread for this outage here. We are working hard to get the server back up as soon as possible.
