Live video streaming from cpanel based vps

I know this doesnt answer your question, but Windows media encoder is free and will stream (I think) 5 concurrent streams from your PC.

For live streaming most commonly clients use Flash Media Service or Red5 but both are quite resource intensive and a VPS may not be the best option for them. You can check for other available scripts on Google and for more information you can open a support ticket.
