    EMERGENCY tickets must have priority

    Hi guys,

    Could someone pleeeease take a look at my "emergency" ticket. We have serius email problems. Ticket is marked as "Emergency" and is sitting there, not even assigned.

    Customers are calling and we really need a hand here.

    It might be helpful to the staff if you provided the ticket number in your post! :-D

    Hi Ron,

    The point is, emergency tickets are 'urgent', my ticket has been labeled as 'new' all morning. Not even assigned.

    I don't know what has happened. Support staff used to be quicker.

    you're right though, i should have included the ticket number.

    Still sitting there marked NEW and therefore untouched

    My ticket which I raised about an hour and a half ago is still sitting there marked NEW and therefore unattended. And I have been with JaguarPC a couple of years. So sad!

    ....same thing again.

    Could someone please take a look at my 'emergency ticket' ? My server has been down since midnight and the ticket's not even assigned.
