The point is, emergency tickets are 'urgent', my ticket has been labeled as 'new' all morning. Not even assigned.
I don't know what has happened. Support staff used to be quicker.
you're right though, i should have included the ticket number.

My ticket which I raised about an hour and a half ago is still sitting there marked NEW and therefore unattended. And I have been with JaguarPC a couple of years. So sad!
Can you please provide the ticket ID?
That ticket number was provided by user 'jehobi' , Anoop was asking the other user 'esonline' to provide his support ticket number.
