    Exclamation Domain is being redirected to cpanel/apache error page

    I have created as usual an account on WHM for a client that his Domain is privately registered,
    i told him to change his DNS record and redirect his website to the server,
    he changed the record of his domain to the IPs i provided,
    but whenever he did that the website is displaying the cpanel/apache green error page.

    i tried other domains they are working fine and redirection well.

    help is appreciated

    This normally happens when the IP in the DNS configuration is different from the IP configured in the apache web server for that domain. Verify that both IPs are same and give some time for DNS propagation as well. And if you continue to see the same issue then open a support ticket with details and we will check into it.

    i already opened a ticket no one is replying me, i used the IP that u was given by your support, other domains are working fine this specified domain is making problem, kindly it is urget to solve this issue asap, i have been waiting your response since like 3-4 hours without any single reply.

    The support at jaguarpc is becoming worse day after day, i have been dealing with you since one year and i was very happy, lately my tickets arent replied fast some tickets stays for more than 24 hours without any attention, when i open a ticket it means i need it and i am facing a problem that i cannot solve.
    I wish this gets better, if im going to strive for 4-5 hours to get a reply for an urgent ticket, i will consider moving to another supplier with better support.

    i deleted all the old accounts, and all the DNS records and same issue its happening i recreated the account same thing again. i will provide my login details in the ticket i have to leave my office

    Your ticket has been updated. The issue was due to the different IP in DNS Zone file at external nameservers you are using and Apache configuration file in your VPS.
