According to ticket 13147300 you requested to have the dedicated server migrated to a VPS which was done. The dedicated server was pulled once the migration was complete. I see that billing was not updated however and I will prorate the excess payemnts for the dedicated server to your account funds to be used towards your future invoices.

I'm sorry for the confusion. My logs show your server was canceled on Sept 3rd 2010 and it was pulled on that date. It looks like you then had the site migrated from the VPS to a shared hosting account which it is on now and the site is up.

Who deleted it, where did it go??
Dedicate server register with newik.co.uk and ip 64.22.82.1-6.
Find and restore. Newik.net and https://64.22.82.2:8443/ must be available when you all correctly restore.
On dedicate server installed:
- kamailio (Voip softswith)
- apf firewall (SSH and Plesk works only for my IP)
probably you cannot connect for server and shut down it
- dos deflate
- bfd
- plesk panel
Please turn server with my data and find cause why it happened.
Share hosting used for other sites.

Find a bug in your system.
I use a dedicated server and shared hosting.
Until yesterday, everything worked, then stopped.
From my side there was no action.
All bills are paid, the server could not just an abyss.

I also noticed that the "Accounts" has disappeared about "Private Dedicate Server", although a couple of hours ago it was.

First I am sorry for the trouble. The site is back up.
The source of the problem was simply that once you had decided not to cancel the server we failed to update our records properly. Your server has been in the racks since September without being properly tracked. This is why I thought your server was recycled in September which it would have done had you not changed your mind and got the server put back online.
Sunday evening another server failed which has an identical config. A tech saw your server and saw it was, according to the system, unused and foolishly took out your hard drive and installed another clients to get them back online.
Luckily they left your disk with a note where it came from so we were able to mount the disk in a new server and now that the final work is done you are back online.
This is a terrible set of mistakes and should never have happened. I already credited your account funds $208 thinking you paid when you didn't need to but I will leave that credit and the next two months are on us. I apologize again for the problem and I will take steps to make sure this sort of problem cannot happen again.
