Please help with an emergency ticket

I'm at my wits end here--could someone please look at Ticket #13231278? I've been having major issues with my VPS since yesterday and the ticket has yet to be assigned. I've submitted some updates to my ticket and have been on hold in the phone queue for quite a while, so forgive me if the forums are not an appropriate support route.
