    My server is again down !!! (last 30 days has been a nightmare).

    Today i was charged for my monthly fee.
    Maybe next time before you charge - check your services you provide me DO WORK!

    My patience is over my limits the last 30 days with those downtimes. I"ve lost enough customers.

    I'm 3 and a half years with JaguarPC. A loyal customer ... and last month i had this terrible service.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, server was not responding and we are checking it with our data-center techs. I have also updated your ticket with detail, please follow up in that ticket. We will also keep you updated regarding server status in forum thread:

    first of all thanks for your quick reply. I appreciate that.

    I'm posting here too - so people can see and understand if I"m wrong.

    I've not forget that i lost customers cuz of the 2 times downtime (big duration) in the last 30 days.
    And now this happens again.

    I say this is poor poor quality of services, what do you think?

    This morning you charge me my monthlee fee. Why you charge when your service is not working ? Maybe you should fix first and then go charge. I guess when you charge you dont even bother to check if your services that you provide me DO realy work, do you ?

    IN any case - i'm tired to keep saying that this is poor poor service, unacceptable, redicilous downtimes ... blabblabla. All i ask is to be fixed and hope God makes his miracle and be some minutes and not several hours again.

    You have lost my trust to your support, hope you try to earn it back.

    I have our lead server admin looking into what is casuing the node to become unresponsive. If we can not determine the root cause, we will migrate all vps to new nodes.
