Server Dedicated down +12 hours (AGAIN).

Well, My server is down AGAIN FOR HOURS, and I have a question, exists in jaguarpc someone qualified to solve that problem (beacuse soport does not solve ANYTHING)?, since that jaguarpc migrated my website to another server dedicated on october ("supposedly better"), I have only problems, I am a customer since April 2007, I'm really considering migrate a another hosting , this is TERRIBLE!!!.
