I tried to reboot my VPS this morning via WHM and it didn't come back online.
Virtuozzo still works and it seems like there may be tasks running on the VPS but it is unreachable from here and traffic has dropped to zero.

I submitted a support ticket (13234987) and after almost two and a half hours I still only have the automated reply.

Support are usually pretty prompt and it feels like my ticket went into a black hole.

A prompt human response would be nice even if it just said that things are busy and it will take some time to get onto it.
