JaguarPC what happened to you and your support is so much delaying?

I'm wondering what happened to JaguarPC and support is so bad both in quality and delays.

    For example,
I'm sending a ticket that i cannot login to my Plesk (since i upgraded to plesk 10).
They reply that they have fixed it and they logged in fine.

I try from my end and when i login i get JAVA ERRORs for every time i click an option.
So - did they bother to check if it worked? NO! They did not bother for these java errors.

Then i send another ticket with takes over 5 hours to be replied!!

Today i send ticket : 13244938 , because 2 of my domains are suspended and even though i Click Activate, they cannot be activated. Over an hour and still noone is looking into it.

I send another ticket 13244961 about an urgent problem (phpmyadmin is not working any more), but i guess i'll have to wait some hours again.

I'm with Jag 3/half years and the first 3 years were fine.
Unfortunatelly, last months was a nightmare and unfortunatelly i see it is continuing like that ):

Why jagpc ?? Why that change?

    Yes

I am also having the same problem with the technical support

Only you purchase a new server and requested the installation of the control panel cost $ 5 an order to build a new server with another $ 20 then cast questions and stay 5-6 hours
Then cast another question 5 --- Other 6 hours

    To see the ticket number
    13244822

It has become a very significant change in technical support
    It does not respond quickly
    Why?

Dear JPC-Bilal, you have my sympathies.
To be honest - i'm getting worries not for the specific tickets, but in general with your quality of support last months.

Since i'm not the only feeling that support has gone worse, i think JPC should look into this matter and pay more attention to 'correct' support.

Best Regards & happy new year.
    Simon.

We are fully aware of the issues we have had with slow support responses. Things should be pretty much back to normal now, and within the next 60 days we should have support response times on all tickets back to 30 minutes or less.

I'm also on the waiting end, 24 hours so far I've been trying to repair things myself and techs "pop in" but time between is very long. I've requested a roll back to my older apache/PHP configuration before easyapache ate it and broke the one script that matters on my server.

Due to the large wait time between replies I have no choice but to try repair things on my own, and when a tech does appear I'm in the middle of it. I cant do anything now but leave it until a tech recompiles using the PHP/apache settings we had 2 days ago, that's when things worked. Been a customer in one form or another now for a few years and have noticed response times have dramatically increased

Yours was a peculiar issue and it took me some time to find the exact cause. Your original issue has been resolved. I have updated the ticket with details. Please follow up there.
