    My Hybrid Hosting package

    I have a HYBRID HOSTING PACKAGE with you. My server is down from last 12 hours. Many domains have been hosted on this and i am suffering too much. I have opened ticket and even reminded them to escalate it and have give some phone calls as well but my issue have not been resolved. Worst part of this is that even after more than 12 hours have passed but i havent even heard from your technical department that they are working on the issue ? or whatso ever. Ticket id is 13262830. Can you kindly look into it as i am really annoyed and desperate by this situation.

    The server is already being worked upon, file system check is now running on the server. Thank you.

    The server was up but now it is again down. Also my root password is also not working now ? Tell me what to do ?
