Jaguarpc, This is to inform that my server vps.jgidns.com has been down since 12 hours and its almost 8 hours since i raised the ticket ...

    EXTREMELY Poor support and frequent server down time

    Jaguarpc,

    This is to inform that my server vps.jgidns.com has been down since 12 hours and its almost 8 hours since i raised the ticket and no RESPONSIBLE SUPPORT has been provided so far. WHAT IS THE USE OF MARKING THE TICKET URGENT. The VPS Server apparently has gone three times in the last 20 days and THIS IS SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATING.

    CAN YOU GUYS LOOK INTO THIS RIGHT AWAY AND GET THE SITES RUNNING UP !!! WHEN YOU CANNOT PROVIDE SUPPORT OR UPTIME WHY DO YOU EVEN SELL SERVERS.

    i am still waiting for a response... its almost 12 hours since i posted the ticket and almost 18 hours since the server is down... Wht is going on???

    We are sorry for the delay occurred on this. We are working on this and will update the ticket as early as possible.

    Server down...... What is happening.....5 times in 5 weeks.

    the SERVER HAS GONE DOWN AGAIN?????? what the hell is happening, why is the server going down again and again every week.... its 5 weeks now and my server has gone down atleast 6 times in 5 weeks...

    THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE... I NEED A DEFINITE ANSWER WHY IS THE SERVER GOING DOWN AGAIN AND AGAIN... WHY HAVE YOU NOT SHIFTED ME TO 64 BIT SYSTEM WHEN YOU TOLD ME THAT IF THE SERVER GOES DOWN AGAIN WE WILL SHIFT YOU TO A 64 BIT STABLE PLATFORM????

    THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WANT TO SEE MY SERVER GO DOWN... ANYTHING BEYOND THIS WILL DEFINITELY MEAN LEGAL CONSEQUENCES.

    I NEED MY SITES LIVE RIGHT AWAY + A PERMANENT SOLUTION TO ENSURE MY SERVER IS UP 100%. I ALSO NEED AN ANSWER ON WHAT MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO MAKE SURE SERVER WILL REMAIN UP.

    please can someone look into the vps immediately and get my sites running... its almost down for 6 to 8 hours now.... please most urgent...

    sites still down... almost 24 hours now :(

    is there someone who can help.... my server is down for the last 24 hours... been 12 hours since i raised ticket and no one response....

    No point railing here man. I've always found jaguar support very responsive to tickets. If your VPS is problematic, they'll find the cause in time. Often times it's something beyond their control. Your site or someone sharing the physical box may be causing the issue. I had that issue. Someone else was sucking CPU with bad software. Final solution was to move servers. That was 2 yrs ago and not a problem since. So I wish you luck on finding your issue. If you do some troubleshooting on your own it would accelerate the process.

    Either way, I don't think that's the intended purpose of this forum. (unless you're looking for tips from the community.)
