Plesk down. Poor vps

Guys,

My ticket I'd is: 13269430

I raised my ticket 2 days ago that my plesk is down. You guys resolved this issue. But again the plesk is down today and I am unable to upload anything on server. Lately, the vps server has gone down 5 times in last 20 days with once the server being down for almost 24 hours. And now since last 2 days the plesk is going on almost daily.

Moreover, it's 4 hours since I re-raised this issue and there is no one who has come back to me. ALL JAGUARPC CAN DO IS ENSURE TO PROVIDE QUICK SUPPORT WHEN SUCH ISSUES COME UP RATHER TAKING 8 HOURS TO RESPOND A TICKET

We pay for vps server for quality uptime and improved performance to shared server.
But you guys are taking me for a ride now. My vps is worst than shared hosting.

Why dont u guys do something to keep my server up consistently ??????
