    Hi guys, I'm just making this more visible. I have a database server down and it seems like nobody is looking at the ticket. I need quick help.

    Your ticket has been claimed by one of the support staff and they will update you soon after investigation. You are requested to please follow up in the ticket.

    Quick update, the server is back up, we're reviewing what caused it to freeze. As usual, support rocks.
