My VPS at kvothe went down over 10 minutes ago (why isn't it listed under http://www.jaguarpc.com/support/status.php ?)
the VPS control panel says it's Online, but nothing is working, pinging its IP times out.

Hi Himeko,
I am looking into your ticket and will update you shortly, although, it has already been replied once a few moments ago.
VPS is donwn once again
That's 3 times today.
This morning for over 1h30, support staff was checking a small issue with crons, and left php not working and not replying for that long until I decided to rebuild apache/php myself.
Earlier around 4.50 PM GMT, down for 20-30 minutes
Now again, at 8.12 PM GMT.
Edit: just up again at 8.20 GMT.
What's with all the downtimes?
Apache says
Server uptime: 3 hours 26 minutes 47 seconds
and the VPS control panel was still up.
Are there network issues with the node my VPS is at?
I got emails now from the crons that couldn't run, so the server was still up and running, just no connectivity.
Looking up *
Unable to locate remote host *
Alert!: Unable to connect to remote host.

Server down once more. 10.12 PM GMT
Connectivity back after ~8-10 minutes, just like 2 hours ago. Server didn't go down, no services were restarted and everything kept running normally, but it had not network access.
I have updated your ticket as it seems to be a fake alert this time.
Server didn't go down, but it had no external connectivity, which would be about the same for what it matters, no websites accessible to anyone.
