    Server not restarted after maintenance

    Hi,

Maintenance was scheduled and done today on kvothe to replace faulty ram, according to the email from support. It started at 11 pm cet, scheduled to last 15-20 minutes. By 11.30 it was still down, but noticed the main vps node was actually online, so I booted my vps up from solusvm and indeed it actually booted just fine.

The same happened a few days ago after a NIC replacement.

Is this standard procedure after a scheduled maintenance, that we have to manually boot up the vps when maintenance has finished? (didn't receive an email this time about its completion, yet).

No it is not standard process. Please raise a support ticket to check that your VPS is set to automatically boot up when node is rebooted.
