Just got response by support they are working on it , let me see how much time they need ^_^.
We apologize for the delay in response due to high work load, I am working on your ticket and will update you as soon as the task is completed.
We've been interviewing people for months to ramp up support. Its a process and things are looking better each week but look for them to get a lot stronger here in the next month as even more people join the ranks. I realize there have been a few complaints on speed lately, and we apologize on delays. We did have the forsight to see this demand and have been working on it a while, it just took a little longer catching up than expected but we have caught up and it will show overwhelmingly if your not already seeing it.
By all means, if you have something urgent and need immediate results, give us a call 24/7. Hop on chat, use the new resources available.

Thanks Greg for staying on top of things. I hate seeing the threads pop up complaining about long ticket response times. I imagine you too and very much so. I have to say you have class in even allowing them to remain on the forum. JPC transparency personified. I respect you for that very much!
Any business that says they have never had a a problem is doomed to fail when they have one. It's our perseverance for 13 years that has sparked a lot of interest in this company. I'm excited for you guys to see 2011 shape up and what the next 2,3,5,10 years holds. We can't wait to start sharing and blogging about our new company headquarters and the next steps we are taking. All in due time, first things first. Support and service must keep their high praise we are known for, thats what has kept us here 13 years later.

Thanks Greg For the Response , I am now on the 6th year with you guys. To be honest I have alot of comments , some time not about fast response but silly one. I was scratching my head few times that support didn't understand what I meant.
^_^ if I can get to you or the head of support directly it will be better. I see things mix up alot.
And yes , Today Slowness again in support , and I can't even access my cPanel and WHM. To try fix anything. Till now 3 hours and 20 Minutes waiting.
