    A big failure in technical support to connect with customers

    Hello

    Please alert ticket 13290847

    We do not always find the answer with technical support

    We call upon the achievement of previous promises to answer in less than 30 minutes

    We are in trouble in the problem
    Technical support is not responding, also from the answer to complaints
    With the continuation of this transaction, we will transfer all accounts to hosting foreign

    Hi,

    The forum is not the place to request escalation. Updating a ticket repeatedly just puts you further down in the queue as tickets are sorted by last update.

    You did not use the request escalation feature in the help desk.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    If I'm not active on the forum please open a ticket instead of PMing me. If you think the issue requires access to your server please open a ticket.

    The guy obviously doesn't speak English and might be having trouble understanding the ticket interface, and Greg(I think) has said that the sort issue on ticket updates had been resolved. Is that not true?

    Hi Ron,

    Yes, the sort issue has been resolved and if client updates the ticket, it does not take the ticket to bottom of the queue. Thank you.

    Also took 4 hours to respond and if you want to prove to me that deliberately delay
    The reply says turn the problem to the specialists - are also waiting for another
    I'm not Bmghebr to stay Hosting
    We demand better service
    And we want to handle sophisticated and well

    nooofe ,

    I am getting techs to handle your ticket on priority, it should be updated shortly.

    Also taking a quick look at your ticket , it appear IP migration was done on your VPS and IPs were changed and you are still trying to access it with old IP, techs will update the ticket with more information.
