    Problem after migrating to Dedicated Server

    Hi,

    I am sorry if this posting is not on correct place.
    I am a client for 4 years already and just been upgrade to dedicated server.
    The last 2 weeks its been trouble with the new DS and my clients start complaining.

    My Support Ticket no is 13291518 and 13284191.

    Please check it, ASAP.

    Hi, the server often down and not accessible. It seems the VPS better than the DS. Or I should use a managed service ?..

    Ok, thank you.
    The server quite stable now, it seems there are few site that have very high visitors and the configuration are not well optimized. Many images on those sites moved to image hosting server.

    And the default configuration of mysql & apache are not optimized too, I had to optimized them also.

    I see that your mentioned ticket has been already replied by support tech.Please update the ticket if there is any problem so we look further into your issue.

    Your server was inaccessible and has been rebooted by the NOCC engineers. We have updated you in the ticket also. You are requested to please follow up in that ticket.

    We are sorry, we do not provide kvm access for servers at this time.
