    Billing problems

    Jaguar tried to bill my cc and was unable to. I updated my info and called my cc company and they said they do not even see an attempt coming into my account. I tried another card same problem. Is jaguar having a problem processing ccs? I'm a little worried as I do not want to have my account get suspended for something I have no control over.

    Open a ticket with our billing department and they will help you out on Monday.
    I do work for JaguarPC. If you do need help please provide your ticket number (this isn't sensitive information).

    If I'm not active on the forum please open a ticket instead of PMing me. If you think the issue requires access to your server please open a ticket.
